Lack of follow thru and communication. We continuously called for an update. Once complete car was not washed. Lack of experience on how to work on this particular problem. We also called twice for a quote from the sales team for the dealership to buy the car back from us…again had to call them a third time before we received a call.

The process of trading-in and purchasing the new vehicle was done without any, any pressure from the salesman. I could have said no to the deal and there would not have been any of this "well what if we did this". I was put at ease and that's what makes buying a new vehicle pleasing.

Post Falls always takes good care of my Atlas, which is my favorite car I've ever owned. Great Rig. Love to go camping and various road trips. Anyway Post Falls V.W. always does a great job, and I couldn't recommend them more.
