Extremely disappointed with post falls volkswagon. Bought a brand new car from them at the beginning of last month. Two weeks later was stranded 2.5 hours away from home coming back from a road trip, because my brand new car broke down in the middle of driving it. Such a scary experience. I had to pay $1300 to get the car towed back home. They then had the car for two weeks and left me without any help while they fixed it. I have been asking them for the last month what they are going to do to remedy this situation, and they keep blowing me off. I would NOT recommend anyone buys a car from this dealership. Especially if you are a single woman.

To begin with, my car sat in your lot for 6 days before anyone bothered to look at it and only after my daughter (a former customer) made some calls.

Had a sudden major failure on a 2023 Atlas. Blake and Trev(?) really went all out to accommodate my need for a loaner. It took 2 weeks but they pulled through. The Atlas was in for a month and when they called to let me know it was ready I arrived to find a clean and completely repaired car. These guys do such a great job with customer care. I cannot overstate how pleased I am with this team at PF VW!
