    The service team did a good job handeling a latent defect on our car. The vehicle was delived new with the rear suspension out of alignment causing premature rear tire wear.

    I've had my car for about 2.5 years and I've often had trouble with the electronics.... as in having it not connect with my phone. When this happens I can't use navigation, Siri or any music. I'm without it right now because I had a windshield changed and calibrated. Some how this ended up taking out the electronics yet again. So, now I have to take it back in due to the computer screen is non-operational. It stops working sometimes on it's own or any other issue with the car ends up with the electronics giving me trouble.

    I either had the wrong day for my appointment, or I was scheduled for a different day. They were still able to get me in for my oil change and tire swap.

    I had my Beetle serviced on a prior visit with a window seal issue that was keeping my window from closing. They were able to get it reset for me but also gave me a plan for if it should reoccur. Well reoccur it did, it was a simple call to the service department to get the part already on record if needed. They ordered the part and scheduled me in the same phone call. Simple and straight-forward just like my appointment. I dropped off my vehicle with an estimated time it might take, they completed it ahead of schedule and my window works perfectly now. Post Falls service techs are professional, transparent and communicative. I'll continue using Post falls Volkswagen for my Beetle's repair and service needs.

    it took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and car tire rotation. They also forgot to reset my service button. Now I have to drive 2 hours to fix this issue.

    Rating based on inability to resolve issue not due to Service manager or techs. Rather VW consultant NOT being able to follow through for lack of a like vehicle to test for comparison.
