Dealing with Kayla and Caleb was absolutly great however we were told by finance our check would be cut and signed on Monday for us to pick-up as it is a large sum. Needless to say it did not happen and it was not forwarded on to the proper person not to mail it and now we are waiting on a large sum check via mail!?!? Someone dropped the ball on this and up till this we were extremely happy with our experience.

The guys over there are great but I think communication is something that's lacking a little. I took my car in because of a leak which they confirmed and said they'd order the part and bring me back in in a couple of days. I waited a couple of weeks and nothing happened so I called in to check and apparently the parts were there but for some reason nobody called me. Made the appointment a few days later and whet it was done I had to be the one calling in to see if the car was ready. It was ready but again, nobody called me to let me know.
