Jason Jerman made what is normally a stressful and tedious experience fun and easy. Cannot compliment Jason enough for how much he helped us, and for not just being your typical salesman trying to earn commision.

Was in for tire switch out. I also asked for the seatbelt in back to be fixed(it was not working correctly. They told me it was not covered under warranty, but could be fixed for$350.00.This was very dissappointing. During my wait of over 2 hours a salesman was pressuring me to buy a new Tiguan, which I didn't want to do. Not the best experience.
