As a VW customer of maybe 10 vehicles over 40 years, I’m qualified to declare that Post Falls VW is a gem. The store takes its small size and makes it a huge advantage with super-personalized service. Those of us in Spokane who know, know to travel to Post Falls even though there is a VW store in Spokane. The Post Falls guys are that good. Very happy and grateful for their help and expertise.

Somewhat on the expensive side, but personnel in your facility were very good, professional and helpful. Vehicle is a 2021 Atlas and is attended very well by your staff.
